NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by

Act dated 09^th October 2026 the Royal Court

Granted permission to RW Randall Ltd

to publish a notice in “La Gazette Officielle”

of this Island to the effect that trespassers

on those parts of premises known as

 The Dog House situate at Rohais in the parish

 of St Peter Port (this area being shown outlined

in red on the plan deposited at the Greffe

on 9^th October 2026) are liable to prosecution

in accordance with the Ordnance relating to

Terres mises al ’Amende of16th January,1786,

 as amended.
