NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 20 October 2026, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 and Natalie Boes and Nick Vermeulen, both of PO Box 321, Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4ND, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for its voluntary winding-up, each authorised to act individually or jointly with full powers under law and this resolution.

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned direct with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 13 November 2026.
