NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the shareholders of Handelsbanken Alternatives Fund Limited (the “Company”) on 16 October 2026, the following resolutions were passed by the members: That the Company be and it is hereby wound up voluntarily; and THAT Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Floor 2, Harbour House, South Esplanade, St Peter Port, GY1 1AP, Guernsey, be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.
