JANICE (also known as JANE) JOAN DILWORTH
All persons having any claim to or against the Estate (or any part thereof) of the late Janice (also known as Jane) Joan Dilworth of Chelsea, Marais Lane, Vale, who died on the 5th March 2026, are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executrix, SAMANTHA JANE MAINDONALD, care of 21 Smith Street, St Peter Port, to arrive on or before the 5th February 2027, failing which the Executrix will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
