The Saisie (Sark) Ordinance, 2021
September 2nd 2024, A Saisie Administration order was granted by the Seneschal to the Treasurer of Sark v Mr Matthew Stokes in relation to the property known as Rosebud, Sark. The address of the debtor is known to the Court.
Kevin Adams BEM, Prévôt of Sark, is the designated Administrator of said property, on behalf of the Seneschal’s Court and has opened a “Claims Register” as per section 7.(1) of said ordinance.
The Register is open from 8am November 6th 2026 until 5pm November 27th 2026.
