NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by Act of the Royal Court dated Friday, 23rd October 2026, FERBRACHE & FARRELL LLP (reg. number 64) whose registered office is at Somers House, Rue Du Pre in the parish of Saint Peter Port in the Island of Guernsey (the Applicant) as tenant of the commercial building and land situate at Les Vardes House, 9 La Charroterie in the said parish of Saint Peter Port (the Premises) OBTAINED AN ORDER whereby any person trespassing upon the part of the Premises which is shown outlined in red on the drawing number 143-01-05-GA attached to the said application and deposited at the Greffe shall be liable to prosecution in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres mises à l’Amende of 16th January, 1786, as amended.
