Notice

NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of, Jacqueline Bernadette Baber late of Le Platon Home Clifton, St Peter Port Guernsey who died on the 20th of April 2025  are required to send particulars in writing to the to the Executor, Mel Gerard Carvill of 3 Reef House, Havelet Waters, South Esplanade, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1BJ on or before the 5th day of February 2027, after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice – the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
